Jessie Bridges at Harbourside Studios

HiT instructor, Mike Rogerson, and graduate Dave Meszaros have been busy recording at Harbourside Studios with Jessie Bridges, daughter of Academy Award winning actor, Jeff Bridges; producing seven songs for Jessie’s upcoming EP slated for release later this year.

Instructor and producer, Sam Ryan, has been in the news lately. Sam and Miss Mercury recently had three of their tracks licensed to the hit NBC sitcom Community, starring Chevy Chase.

Sam’s production company also mixed and mastered the hit single “Invincible” by platinum selling artist Craig Smart .The song can currently be heard on radio coast to coast.

In addition, Sam has also started working with one of North America’s most prominent composers for animation and children’s TV, Daniel Ingram, on the global smash series My Little Pony.

Harbourside graduate and songwriter/producer David Badiuk has entered the studio with international chart toppers and Universal Music recording artists Dragonette who will be making their Good Morning America debut this Friday.

The ever busy David Badiuk has produced, “Cruel Intentions”, the new single for Universal Music recording artist and star of the hit television series, Degrassi: The Next Generation, Cory Lee.

Registrar, Tony Rudner, with the assistance of graduate, Dave Meszaros completed production on Jackie Treehorn’s soon to be released, single, “Bad Bad Man”. The band, with HiT graduate, Nick Nixon on bass, performed in front of a large crowd, at David Lam Park, on the final day of the Vancouver Jazz Festival.
